The design brief here was to create a Spanish/ Mediterranean-style garden to complement the home’s original architecture. The house was going through a major renovation at the time and the home owners were keen to restore the building’s heritage back to its former glory where possible. Antiqued terracotta pots and mass planting of lavender, buxus balls, hedges and Conifers were used to great effect. Climbing star jasmine on the front arches softened the front façade of the building and a large olive tree in the middle of the driveway added some wow factor.

I worked closely with the owner (and architect) Lucy Bowen to achieve a result we are both extremely happy with.
